Managing Principal Paralegal
Vik is the Managing Principal Paralegal of Court Help Limited, he holds a Masters Degree and is a well-respected Fellow Member of the National Association of Licenced Paralegals (NALP) and had been granted a Licence to Practice as a Paralegal in Family Law. Vik is an exceptionally hard-working professional with consistent dedication to client service and an excellent eye for detail.
Vik has accumulated a wealth of in-depth knowledge of the many complex facets of Family Law, including but not limited to Child Act 1989, matters including Child Arrangement Orders, Complex Child Law, International Child Abduction, Special Guardianship Orders, Matters relating to Parental Alienation and International Jurisdiction, Divorce Law, Grandparents Rights, Non-Molestation and Occupation Order Defence and Application, and Appeals to Court Of Appeal in Family Law Matters.
In creating this Five-Star reviewed ICO registered firm, he has also amassed a great understanding in the Child Act 1989, Supplemental Children’s Act 2004, Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 and Family Procedure Rules 2010.
With his extensive knowledge of Family Law and admirable communication skills, Vik has earned the Right of Audience in the High Court and received an order favourable to his client. Vik has also been granted the Right of Audience in front of the Court of District Judges and Circuit Judges, (including in Final Contested Hearing), assisting his clients and receiving orders beneficial to his clients’ time and time again.

Paralegal and Client Services Manager
Preeti Kaur is a paralegal who heads our Customer Service, Corporate Marketing and Direct Client Acquisition. She has ten years of experience in the corporate world working as a Customer Services Manager being praised by our clients on her excellent support by providing both empathy and reliable assistance to her clients.
Preeti has first-hand knowledge and exposure in Family Law Matters, including Child Arrangement Orders, Relocation, Non-Molestation Defence Cases and multiple day Fact-Finding hearings. She has assisted a litigant in an incredibly complex case with a multiple-day fact finding hearing, and when she earned herself Right of Audience she proved to be a successful speaker for her client.

Katie is our Senior Paralegal and aspiring barrister. She has a law degree as well as a Masters in Law, and is currently completing her Bar Professional Training Course to qualify as a barrister.
Katie has extensive experience in Family Law, not just from her studies but from previous employment as a court clerk in the Royal Courts of Justice and as a paralegal for a Local Authority in care proceedings.
Further, Katie has had hands on experience representing clients in court hearings. Katie has had previous experience of private law and immigration matters. Her niche subject area is child maintenance issues and her expertise in child maintenance cases has resulted in a stream of positive outcomes.
Since joining Court Help Limited, Katie has quickly gained a reputation for her
client care skills and how she builds a strong relationship with her clients. Katie has assisted in various proceedings, from challenging child arrangement matters, to difficult non-molestation ad occupation order cases. Family Law Paralegal
Ikra is a family law paralegal. She holds a law degree and is an aspiring solicitor.
Ikra has worked as a domestic abuse advocate and is familiar with domestic abuse law. She therefore recognises the barriers which victims face when it comes to court proceedings and how daunting the whole process can be. Ikra is an empathetic and professional individual who will take time to listen and discern what her clients want and need.
Ikra leads a very busy lifestyle but is always on hand and willing to make the time for her clients. She understands how important it is for clients going through a difficult time to feel supported and not just be a number in a firm. Therefore, she will always try to accommodate your needs alongside making the best case for you with her broad legal knowledge. She appreciates that the client’s wishes are paramount and will always guide you but never impose. In this way, clients are aware of all the details but are free to make their own decisions.
Hina has been assisting CHL since mid 2020 and is responsible for media design.
Philip has over two decades of experience within the law and joined the Court Help Limited (CHL) team in February 2021. While Philip's past legal experience is mainly in the fields of property and wills & probate, since joining the team, Philip has assisted the Court Help Limited team in serving a number of clients with non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
Philip has successfully contributed towards the preparation of submissions in complex family matters, including but not limited to an Appeal to the Court of Appeal against care proceedings instigated by the local authority. The appeal submissions were successfully accepted and further directions were issued in the appeal process. Philip is also the key contributor to CHL case studies and CHL Family Law Blog.
In his spare time, Philip likes attending live sports events, playing golf, socialising, and walking.
